Everything You Need to Know About Facial Slimming

Facial Slimming | NWME Aesthetics | Carrollton

With today’s advancements in beauty and skin care, you have an abundance of options when it comes to skin rejuvenation. What’s even more exciting is how many non-surgical anti-aging treatments are available, offering people of all skin types safe, non-invasive beauty solutions. The truth is, you don’t need to undergo expensive and invasive cosmetic surgery to bring out your best look.

At NWME Aesthetics, we’ve made it our mission to educate people on what’s possible. We want you to know how accessible, effective, and restorative facial rejuvenation services can be. You do have the freedom to improve your skin in a way that you’re comfortable with. Here’s a look at some of the best non-invasive anti-aging treatments available today.

PRP/PRFM Vampire Facials

This is an excellent therapy for helping add volume and plumpness to your skin. With a PRP facial, also known as Liquid Gold Therapy/Vampire Facial, one of our experienced skin care technicians will use your own blood. Your drawn blood is spun in a centrifuge to separate your blood plasma – it’s this platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRP/PRFM) that work their magic on your skin. The platelets contain growth factors that can stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping to restore a smooth, youthful complexion.

Skin Pen Microneedling

With this procedure, we use a special device to stimulate new collagen production. The device contains small needles that, when gently applied to the skin, create micro-injuries that promote wound healing and increase cellular turnover. By far one of the best non-invasive anti-aging treatments, after a skin pen microneedling treatment, you’ll notice firmer, more even-looking skin.

Dermal Fillers and Hand Fillers

As we age, our skin begins to sag and appears thinner. With dermal fillers, our skin technician will use hyaluronic acid to rejuvenate your skin. Dermal fillers are a wonderful option because they can be applied to targeted areas where you want to enhance volume, such as your under eye, lips, cheeks, or the creases around your smile line. We can also use them to rejuvenate your hands and match them with your youthful facial appearance.

Wrinkle Relaxers

Wrinkle relaxers, commonly known as Botox/Xeomin/Dysport, have been used to help men and women look years younger since 2002. If your goal is to soften the wrinkles that have formed on your face, consider wrinkle relaxers. They can create a smoother complexion, softening the look of wrinkles on your forehead, as well as frown lines, crow’s feet, and more.

Kybella

If you’ve always been frustrated with the extra skin and fatty tissue around your chin and neck – what is commonly referred to as a double chin or chin fat – you’ll love this innovative new beauty treatment. Kybella is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring acid that helps to break down and absorb dietary fat. At NWME, we can safely inject this solution into the area below the chin to help diminish the appearance of your double chin and to give you a sleeker, more youthful silhouette.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels can renew the skin on the face, neck, décolletage, and hands. Depending on your skin type and your aesthetic goals, we can talk to you to see if you are a great candidate for a chemical peel for your skin.

Hydrating Facials

These facial treatments include medical grade skin care products cleans out pores, while pushing hydration into your skin. Serums are infused into the skin to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, decrease hyperpigmentation and reduce acne breakouts. This facial is safe for ALL SKIN TYPES.
