Get Kissable Lips for Valentine’s Day with Lip Fillers from NWME Aesthetics in Carrollton, Texas

It’s easy to look at a celebrity or model and envy their full set of pouty lips. Here’s a little secret—many of them weren’t born with those lips. That’s good news for the rest of us because it means we can have those enviable, kissable lips too, and just in time for Valentine’s Day!

What Are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are a family of injectables. Today, they are one of the most requested cosmetic treatments in the world. Fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring sugar the body produces to keep our skin and connective tissues hydrated.

When we’re young we have an abundance of hyaluronic acid that makes our skin look dewy and plump. As we age, we lose our reserves and our production declines. This can lead to thinning lips and the need for thicker, more emollient creams to keep our faces supple.

When strategically injected by a skincare specialist, dermal fillers instantly plump the skin. This is the perfect treatment to address areas of concern like:

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Flattened checks
  • Vertical lines around the mouth
  • Thinning lips
  • Areas of lost volume
  • Signs of aging on the back of the hands

Kissable Lips

If you’re unhappy with the volume or shape of your pout, lip fillers are a game-changer. In the experienced hands of the skincare experts at NWME Aesthetics, your mouth can be transformed while still looking and feeling natural.

Volume

If your lips have thinned over the years or you’ve never had the look you wanted, this treatment can add subtle or transformative volume to your lips. Because the hyaluronic acid is suspended in a smooth, pliable gel, you’ll never look “over-plumped” and your lips will feel soft and pillowy.

Shape

Many clients develop lips that turn into straight, parallel lines. Others find their top lip disappears when they smile. Part of this issue is because of insufficient volume, but it’s also the shape of your lips. If you want Rihannas cupid’s bow, lip fillers can provide that.

Gravity is really only our friend because it keeps us from floating away. It wreaks havoc on our skin and lips. If you’re left with downturned corners of your mouth, it can give others the impression you’re sad or upset when you’re not. Dermal fillers can be manipulated to turn those corners upward. This leaves clients with a happier, more appealing appearance.

Vertical Lines

If you’ve got vertical lines around your mouth, you know how frustrating this can make wearing lipstick or gloss. Your color will “bleed” onto the surrounding skin, making the outline of your lips messy and undefined. A filler treatment can plump those lines to give you a more defined outline.

Imagine being able to wear bold or enticing colors and having them stay put. Talk about kissable…

What to Expect

This is a minimally invasive, comfortable and fast treatment. When you arrive for your appointment, you and your skincare specialist will review your desired look. They will then make a series of comfortable, shallow injections. They will then make a serious of comfortable shallow injections, so they can see their progress as they go.

When your appointment is over, you’re free to go back to your normal routine—there is no downtime. You’ll walk out with lips that will make everyone notice you, not the “work” you’ve had done.

Results

The results are immediate! Most results last between 6-12 months and vary between clients.
