Amanda Iwu, BSN, RN, is an Aesthetic Injector at NWME Aesthetics in Dallas, Texas. With a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Studio Art, along with years of ICU nursing experience at a Level 1 hospital and six years as a licensed cosmetologist, Amanda blends science and artistry in every treatment. Maria brings over 8.5 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Before focusing on aesthetic injectables as a cosmetic nurse, she worked in both dermatology and plastic surgery, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and cosmetic procedures.
A graduate of Baylor University’s accelerated nursing program in Dallas (2020), Maria also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Baylor. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner, further deepening her clinical expertise.
Maria has extensive experience with a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF and PRF EZ gel, Kybella, and microneedling.
