1. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
Appointments may be scheduled through our Website or by contacting NWME Aesthetics at (469) 521-9579. All clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and consultations.
2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
You must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Repeated violations of this policy may result in the requirement to prepay for future appointments.
3. LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your session, based on availability. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged. If lateness becomes a recurring issue, future appointments may require prepayment.

5. CONSULTATION FEE AND POLICY
A $50 deposit is required to book your initial consultation. This fee will be credited toward any service booked within 30 days of the consultation. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
6. REFUND POLICY
All sales of services and products are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased. Products that are unopened and unused may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. If you experience a medical issue related to your treatment, you must contact NWME Aesthetics within 48 hours to discuss your concern.
7. HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE
Clients must disclose any relevant health information prior to their appointment, including but not limited to allergies, medical conditions, or recent surgeries. NWME Aesthetics follows strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all clients and staff. However, NWME Aesthetics is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
8. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this information for purposes such as scheduling, billing, and communicating with you about your appointments and services.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWME Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services. This limitation applies to any claim, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by NWME Aesthetics shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in King County, Washington.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
NWME Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our Website. Continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
